Posture Correction Through Individual Health Gymnastics
Structured around your body's actual needs - not a generic routine. This programme adapts as you progress, with each session building on what came before.
Posture problems rarely come from one cause. They build up over years of sitting, carrying things unevenly, or compensating for an old injury. A generic stretching routine treats the symptom. This program works differently.
Starting with your actual posture pattern
Before any exercises are assigned, your instructor conducts a detailed postural analysis using photos you take from the front, side, and back. From these, they identify which muscles are overactive and pulling you out of alignment, and which are underused and need strengthening.
The program then combines health gymnastics sequences with targeted muscle activation work. You will not be doing crunches or push-ups. The exercises are precise, controlled, and often surprisingly subtle - small movements that retrain the nervous system over time.
What to expect week by week
The first two weeks feel slow. That is intentional. Rushing postural correction creates new compensation patterns. By week four, most participants notice they are sitting differently without thinking about it. By week eight, the changes start to feel like their natural default.
Your instructor checks in weekly via a short video call. You send a brief movement diary each Friday - three sentences about how your body felt that week. This keeps the program responsive rather than fixed.
Realistic outcomes
Postural change takes months of consistent practice. This program builds the foundation. Many participants continue with a maintenance plan after the initial eight weeks.
