About Primaverax

Movement on your terms

Primaverax started from a simple observation - most people know they should move more, but the how keeps getting in the way. We built a system that adapts to each person rather than expecting people to adapt to a fixed programme.

Gymnastics that fits around a real schedule

When Primaverax launched in 2020, the goal was specific: deliver individual health gymnastics to people anywhere in Australia without the friction of travel or fixed class times. Geography was never supposed to limit access to good movement practice.

The approach is built around assessment first. Each client starts with a structured intake that looks at posture, range of motion, daily habits, and any existing discomfort - and the programme follows from that, not from a template.

Sessions are conducted remotely, which means practitioners can work with clients in Darwin, Hobart, or anywhere in between. The work is consistent regardless of postcode.

Guided movement assessment process
Individual assessment

Each programme begins with a detailed review of movement patterns, not a generic fitness level quiz. The difference shows up in how quickly clients notice change.

Remote-first delivery

Every session is designed to work through a screen. Equipment requirements are minimal - most exercises use bodyweight and a small clear space.

Programme progression tracking
Tracked progression

Progress is reviewed at regular intervals. If something is not working, the programme adjusts - there is no waiting until the end of a cycle to change course.

The people behind the practice

A small team with specific expertise - no generalists filling roles, each person focused on a distinct part of the client experience.
