Advanced Individual Health Gymnastics for Active Adults
Structured around your body's actual needs - not a generic routine. This programme adapts as you progress, with each session building on what came before.
If you already train - whether that is running, yoga, strength work, or sport - you have probably noticed that some things stay stubbornly the same. Hip flexors that never fully release. A shoulder that clicks. Recovery that takes longer than it used to.
Where this program fits
This is not a beginner course. It assumes you can hold a plank, know what a hip hinge is, and have some familiarity with stretching. What it adds is precision - working at the level of individual muscle groups, breath timing, and nervous system regulation that most general programs skip entirely.
Your instructor will review a movement video you record before the program starts. From that, they identify specific restrictions and compensations in your movement patterns. The program is then designed to address those directly.
What makes this different from a standard flexibility program
Health gymnastics at this level incorporates proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation techniques, active flexibility work, and controlled articular rotations. These are not new concepts, but they are rarely applied with genuine individualisation. Here, every sequence is specific to your body.
Sessions run 40 minutes, three times per week. You also receive two optional recovery sessions per week - 15-minute sequences designed for rest days.
Results are not guaranteed, but the method is sound
Most participants with consistent attendance report meaningful changes in range of motion within six weeks. Some take longer depending on tissue history and training load.
Tarquin Osei, 38, recreational cyclist - used this program to address chronic hip tightness that had persisted for two years.
